Delivery Policy – Dentamed Nutrition

 

 

This policy applies to all online diet plans purchased through the Dentamed website.

 

Delivery of Digital Diet Plans:

 

  • Once payment is successfully completed, your personalized diet plan will be delivered electronically to your registered email within 1–2 business days.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

 

 

Technical Issues:

 

  • If you do not receive your diet plan within 48 hours, or face any access issues, contact us immediately at [email/phone].

  • Dentamed will resend or correct the diet plan promptly.

 

 

Important Notes:

 

  • All diet plans are personalized and non-transferable.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the digital plan cannot be delivered due to technical errors on our side.

     

     

     

     

    Service Delivery Policy – Dentamed Dental Packages

     

     

    Scope:

    This policy applies to all prepaid dental packages purchased online through the Dentamed website.

     

    Booking & Confirmation:

     

    • After successful payment, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

    • Appointments for package services can be scheduled online or by calling the clinic.

     

     

    Package Usage:

     

    • Packages may include multiple services (e.g., check-ups, cleanings, whitening sessions) as specified during purchase.

    • All services must be availed within the validity period mentioned for each package.

    • Services are non-transferable to another person.

     

     

    Rescheduling & Cancellations:

     

    • Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without losing package sessions.

    • Missed appointments without prior notice may be counted as used sessions.

     

     

    Refunds:

     

    • Prepaid packages are non-refundable once a session is availed.

    • Partial refunds may be considered only for technical payment errors or if the clinic is unable to provide the service.
